Bryan Drakulich

Bryan Drakulich has over 39 years of real estate experience as a broker, owner, and corporate executive. In that time, he has participated in everything from being the youngest executive of the Help-U-Sell franchise to being an integral part of developing the technologies that have made the real estate process in northern Nevada what it is today. Bryan founded Drakulich Real Estate, which includes Drakulich Commercial Partners (DCP) and Drakulich Luxury Properties, to help establish a new standard of experience and knowledge to the real estate experience. Recently closed transactions include the legendary Harrah family estate, Rancharrah, sold for $43 million; and Sierra Star, one of Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious properties, for $25 million.

Tiffany Kolbet

From being the Regional Manager of Help-U-Sell to being the Business Development Manager of Drakulich Commercial Partners and Drakulich Luxury Properties, Tiffany has been in and out of the Real Estate business for over 19 years. When not helping real estate transactions run smoothly, Tiffany was helping students at the University of Phoenix. An alumnus herself, with a Bachelors in Business, Tiffany acted as a Student Resource Counselor and an Enrollment Adviser. Tiffany has dedicated her life to helping people and whether that be helping students or helping people with their real estate transactions, Tiffany is ready to put in the work to get it done.

Adrian Drakulich

Adrian Drakulich is a 3rd generation Northern Nevada Realtor, who has been in the game for over 13 years. He combines a genuine care for his clients and their needs with his years of experience to get the job done. This method has allowed him to sell 100's of properties throughout the Reno/Sparks area and gain a lifetime of clients and friends.
